I was sent the wrong item twice due to an error at the warehouse. However customer service were fantastic in resolving on both occasions. Great company that I will continue to use despite the errors.

I received à grow kit culture who didnt worded, they were à green mishroom already inside. I ask for à change, and they really simply accepte without so many question or complications. Really fast and nice respons.

Got some truffles from them the effect was not as expected probably the shipping with this heat in Spain could have affected the quality nevertheless and highly unexpected they contacted me with advice and offered a solution another try for free. Amazing and unexpected nowadays for a human beeing to contact you and care so much and give you another try as they are highly confident on their product. With this kind of customer service they earned a loyal buyer heck I might even buy unrelated things like shirts hoodies and stuff just because of their level of professionalism and care.

Compré un kit de cultivo + las trufas mágicas Fantasía. Tristemente, el kit de cultivo llegó contaminado y uno de los dos paquetes de trufas no estaba bien sellado :( al ponerme en contacto con Zamnesia fueron súper educados y amables y me dieron solución rapidísima (me mandaron otro kit y otras trufas sin ningún problema). Servicio 100% recomendado! Sobre las trufas fantasía, al no poder ingerir toda la cantidad que quería porque falló una de las bolsitas, tuve un trip ligero y agradable, nada visual, aunque tuve una buena experiencia con mi amiga y nos reímos mucho. Muy introspectivo pero sin entrar en bucle. Creo que es una buena opción si quieres hacer un solo trip (aunque sólo ingerí unos 7,5 gramos, fue bastante light).

Ho acquistato spesso e mi sono sempre trovato bene: ottimi prodotti a buon prezzo. L'ultimo ordine, però, è arrivato difettato (molto probabilmente per causa del corriere, viste le condizioni del pacco, rotto e bagnato...). Una volta contattata l'assistenza e spiegato il problema, nel giro di pochissimo tempo hanno risolto il problema offrendomi diverse possibilità di scelta. Prodotti top e assistenza super!
