Excellent customer service & really good products that always arrive on time. The products are very reasonably priced & there are often discounts & special offers. Very nice products. Discreet packaging. Fast delivery. Mystery bags are always welcome but i would prefer the content to be something more relevant to the order that i made. For example in my case i got rolling papers,grinder and some similar items which will not be of any use since i am not a smoker.

The delivery was fast and the packaging well done. Ordered during black Friday sales so had some good deals. Shipping costs can be a bit high depending on the country, and the minimum order for free shipping could be lowered. But overall great experience and nothing to complain about. Haven't had to use their customer service so can't vouch on that.

Beste webshop by far, kunnen nog veel webwinkels over bijleren. Steeds correct afgehandeld, toen ik een gratis gift kreeg (1zaadje) en bij aankomst zag dat het een lege verpakking was, hebben ze zonder pardon direct opnieuw 1 verzonden! Het was zelf al een cadeau dat ik kreeg en toch deze service.
