Zamnesia is selling both own and third party seeds, so seed quality depends on the product you purchase. I had some issues with a set of third party seeds and the Zamnesia-service reacted promptly and helped me very friendly and effectively. Shipping was rather prompt (to Germany), considering they ship from abroad - but of course not next day. Since products are usually similar on several pages (third party), both pricing and service made me considering Zamnesia as go-to platform.

I have dealt with Zamnesia for several years. I use their micro dosing products for a health condition I have. Their products have a consistency in standard and quality that I require and which is difficult to find. For this reason I will remain a regular customer.

I would give them 6 stars even if there was a way to only give a 6 star review once in a lifetime. They're great, not just their genetics but their people.

I ordered a mushroom grow kit from Zamnesia, but unfortunately, it didn’t work as expected. However, the customer support I received was honestly outstanding. They replied within just a few days, were extremely helpful and genuinely seemed to care about my issue. I was offered either a full refund or a replacement right away—no hassle at all. It’s rare to experience that level of support and willingness to make things right. Big respect for how they handled it!
