The shipping took less time then anticipated, so that was appreciated. Paying via wire transfer wasn’t the best, I would have appreciated being able to use PayPal or something, but it wasn’t that bad

Zamnesia provide absolutely great customer service. There was a problem with my grow kit and Zamnesia immediately sent a new one. I thought it was beyond what normal service is for most companies. The website is very detailed and you can tell they pride themselves on selling high quality products. Thanks Zamnesia I look forward to my next order.

Delivery was fast. Selection is wide and everyone should be able to find something suitable I think. Customers could be maybe persuaded to give more specified ratings on seeds (wait until harvest maybe) instead of only rating how many germinated.

Altijd correcte service gehad en geleverd volgens afspraak. Éénmaal een probleempje gehad met levering/verzending waarvoor zij mij op zelf op de hoogte hebben gebracht inclusief een oplossing. Dus nooit een slechte ervaring gehad en altijd een fijne en betrouwbare service en producten ervaren. Top!
