I have been a Zamnesia customer for almost 3 years. I have always been very happy with the products I've ordered, but more importantly whenever I encountered an issue, the customer support team has always been quick to respond to my requests, communicative and engaging, and finally has always helped me reach a solution that has ALWAYS been satisfactory. Easy to use and produced solid results. Clear instructions and good pin formation. One star off because some mushrooms grew on the sides and were tricky to harvest. Overall, highly recommended for beginners and experienced users alike.

I ordered p-envy Acid mushroom liquid culture. The ordering system is excellent with good variety. Payment system excellent excepts all forms of payment except cash of course. Delivery on time as stated. One point on delivery. Liquid culture syringes are sent in an envelope and could suffer from the journey. Will update after the growing process.
