I got in contact with customer service because I couldn’t pay my order with my credit card and didn’t understand why. The first reply I got was a standard email that didn’t address my problem at all. After I replied to that I got a much more useful reply :)

Hi. Returning customer here with some issues with the last order. contacted support about but no response in the past 7 days... I left 2 starts instead of 1 because I know they used to reply and used to care about customer experience. I will update my review if they got in touch about my issue or -1 star or +3 :).

Good and pristine delivery, I had a minor issue where the system got something wrong, I immediately contacted customer support and got a reply on the same day within the same hour too! I just love Zamnesia, this is my second order and will definitely order muuuch much more

I purchased some seeds and only 1 sprouted. The guys at zamensia sorted it straight away and after two email exchanges a new pack of seeds was sent FOC. Great service. Thank you so much. All 3 plants are growing nicely. I would highly recommend zamnesia to anyone. Great company and great products.

I love Zamnesia because they have played a huge part in my inner journey towards a more conscious life. Awesome range of products! Good shipping times etc and easy to use system, I loved the offer you did before with the tiered ticket system! Bring it baaack! Also any chance of you guys stocking a wider range to include research chems and the like...? Seems in line with your current offerings and would likely get you guys quite a lot of extra custom if you can find a way to offer them?
