I ordered 2 cactus from Zamnesia, unfortunately one was lost in the post and I received broken box with one cutting. I reached out to Zamnesia and they immediately fixed the issue, agreed to dispatch a new order. Brilliant customer service.

Shipping in the order form doesn't allow to enter my address and the support is so capable that they can't change the address. Its 2026 dudes, WTF?. Second of all, the order is still not here in 3 weeks. WTF? Support needs up to 3 days to reply. WTF?

Took too long to arrive, the truffles where spoiled with mold, they made a mistake with quantity-didn't include both packages I order and only one, they don't answer my emails..

I am very disappointed with this store’s service and their approach to customers. When placing the order, it was clearly stated on their website that the items would be shipped within 2–3 business days. However, after completing the order, I received a message saying that due to issues with their warehouse, they would not be able to ship my order for at least a week. Since I will be going on vacation in a week and will not be able to receive the delivery, I tried to cancel the order. After calling customer support, I was told that the order could not be canceled because it was already “being prepared,” even though they themselves admitted it could not be shipped within the originally promised timeframe. I find this practice dishonest: promising fast shipping, then failing to meet those deadlines and refusing to cancel the order when the delay makes delivery impossible for the customer. I am very dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend this store due to poor communication and lack of customer-oriented service.

I was gonna give you a 3 stars but then I realised it’s not me who’s trying to run a multi national mushroom selling business with live substrate, keep it up the mushrooms are fire and it’s not even you who is slow it’s the ****ty Royal Mail, thank you for having such a cool shop

It said they deliver in 2 Workdays. Took them 10 Workdays + 4 Weekenddays.

Currently germinating and have the first signs of mycelium after 5 days
