No order even after more than double as the expected delivery time. No response from any customer service. Big **** !! I’ll report fraud as it’s my right to get my money refunded but no one there gives a ****. Buy somewhere else !! It’s not the only bad experience with them.

Once I tried and it had results, second time no results at all. The first communication has been good the second time I am still waiting. Normal? I tried reaching out to Zamnesia about their mistake but was left in the dark. Zamnesia customer service ignored me, I wanted to cancel my order but I never got any reply at all. Very disappointed I'm afraid.

I ordered a new piece of kit from Zamnesia and accidentally ordered two of the items. I called and spoke to a human being who was able to advise how to arrange a partial return. Products arrived safely and are as good as I had hoped. I’ve also previously used the shop to buy vaping accessories. Great!

The seeds are always viable, they grow quickly and healthily, and produce high yields—indoors, about 300 g per plant. Shipping is fast and reliable. I can recommend it to everyone. The plant is also suitable for beginners—it's not fussy at all. It does need a bit of trimming since it’s a sativa, but for those who like an uplifting effect, it’s the best.
