Never failed in all my purchased itens

The BAD first - I constantly have problems with this site. First it was my delivery address. Zamnesia’s site said my address wasn’t deliverable by United States Postal Service (USPS) but I’ve lived there for years and never had any problems with mail deliveries. Now it’s not taking the discount code issued just days earlier. And I get stuck in the “Headshop” if I try to back out of my Cart. At that point I have to completely log out and log back in. I tried to get to their description page for Chem Brulee and once again, I get stuck in the Headshop. Visiting the site this morning, it took multiple attempts to get the currency to change from Euros to dollars. One last complaint……it takes days and days to get a response from their Customer Support. I submitted my question on Thursday the 26th and received a reply 4 days later (after the sale I was interested in was over). The GOOD - their filters are awesome!!! I grow in a difficult area (Costa Rica) and it lets me filter out just the seeds that are likely to do well here with the high humidity and temperatures. For instance, just sativa or sativa dominant hybrids or those phenoms that are pest and or mold resistant. Awesome!!!! Another big deal is prices. This site has the best prices of any online seed site I’ve found. But the problems outweigh the benefits and I can’t recommend this site until they solve the background site issues. Thanks

Die Lieferung (89827521) wurde nur zur Hälfte erfüllt. Die Reaktion des Supports ist gleich null. Nach 4 Werktagen keine Reaktion auf meine Mail. Das erste und das letzte Mal - nie wieder Zamnesia! = 0 Sterne gehen leider nicht.

Unfortunately for all the efficiency and professionalism of the company and service ,the products offered are useless worse than placebos just a total waste of money , should the company move into a different field they can be sure there service is already world class,

The site great love it me favourite to buy off this type stuff had issues anything wrong if was bad cause time took or anything missing they sort you out aslong prove it but fair enough offer cash back or product get points use buy stuff only lately getting totally different orders think last 3 in row stuff missing but soon I tell them as been tribe member show evidence get sorted quality of shrooms great even had strains to do seem get nice amount

The parcel is stuck in the local post office and it cannot be delivered... Why do I have to go and pick it up??? It was supposed to be delivered to my address....

the website is good with lots of products, especially the mushroom section. i have ordered and bought almost 10 grow boxes of mushrooms over time. every time they have given good returns. have always received the items quickly in the mail. have had many good trips on the products

The communication with customer support was fantastic. There was a delay with shipping due to an issue in the warehouse I believe. However it was communicated and I was offered a discount on my next order to make up for it. Im on my 10th day with the ready to grow kit and am seeing pins forming already. This is my first growing experience and it couldnt be easier ! I will be returning and recommending zamnesia to friends !
