In general your product, delivery and service are nice, just one thing I don’t quite understand, the grinder I bought seems to be not a new one at all, there are some scratches on the glass, makes it look foggy.

While removing the 2 cuttings from the tubes one came out easily the other flew out and snapped so I had the roots and the leaves separately I planted both so now I have 3 and only paid for 2.
