I ordered from Zamnesia as I usually do and unfortunately there was an error and I received the wrong product. The staff were happy to sort out the problem and offer to send correct package straight away or the offer of a voucher. All sorted rather quickly and hassle free

Ordered to spin, after 12 working days i still haven’t received it. Send an email, got the option to get another order for free of charge, great customer service

The shop itself is fantastic, well organized, big and pretty clear. The instructions and explanations are over thr top. The product took few days to arrive after order, and it seems like a quality product. Looking forward to try them soon

I received my order and everything was packaged perfectly and was delivered fast 3 day. Out of the 4 item 1 was incorrect it had 4 out of the 5 seed. I sent the email and everything was fixed. 10 out of 10 I will spend my money with Zamnesia every grow. *Us needs it's own costumer service 2 sites with deferent inventory

Easy to use and understand

I have used many seed companies in the past, whether it's royal queen, fast buds, terp trees etc, but I can honestly say since buying zamnesia seeds I haven't had a single one fail in germination, so yes 100% germination for me so far. I have around 75% with the others and we all know seeds aren't the cheapest especially when you buy mixed packs which only contain 1 seed per strain, highly recommend!!
