I purchased both copelandia hawaiin and floridian. Its been about 2 weeks and I followed the manual to the T. Floridians are growing nicely, but hawaiins haven't even pinned yet. I would have gave 5 starts but I don't like the fact you cab only buy these in one size. I'd prefer bigger. Also, pretty much as soon as I bought them.....they went on offer. I've only purchased woth this company once because these spores are hard to come buy. I usually grow cubensis shrooms. I'm happy one of the kits are hrowing though. Just need to be patient with the other I suppose.

Never had any issues with products or communication. I wish you had more alternative products, but I can imagine it must be really hard to have different products available when it regards to health. Anyway, we appreciate your effort in providing good quality and service. I really like your webpage and your marketing. For sure will keep exploring more things from your website

So I bought all the different happy cups and honestly I’ve been disappointed only from Trip-e, the one I was having higher expectations… In a nutshell, all time nausea and a sensation of confusion for almost 2/3hrs… I’ve tried, 1 capsule then 2 and the 1 again ( in different days)… same feeling Anyway I gave high rate because I’ve enjoyed the rest

Got an email from the shipping company shortly after i placed my order, which i thought was great, but it never got further than registered. Emails showed up about a new warehouse and a week delay. This was three weeks ago. Two and a half weeks ago i got an email saying that i should receive my package within three days. I’m still waiting. Sent a message to customer support and they told me the same thing about the warehouse change.

I Order on 9.1.26 My package still hasn't arrived, to today 2.2.26 and I haven't received a tracking number. Support hasn't responded for weeks; not recommended.

I have ordered 2 times from this company. Both times the postage has not arrived a first time It arrived smashed and all the boxes were covered in black mould. I complained and 2 of the 3 boxes resent. The postage again had many delays but the boxes arrived and I was able to grow a small amount. This second time the exact same thing has happened!! The package said due to be delivered Monday 26th January. It is one week later, the shipping still says out for delivery but it is over one week and I still do not have the package and when I do receive it now it has been left for over a week just sitting. I’m not sure how they choose the worst postage in the UK as they have used Royal Mail who are famous for NOT delivering packages. We have several really good delivery companies and I suggested this last time to use another courier. I do not like to online complain but I sent an email 3/4 days ago and have heard nothing and it was very slow in response last time. So I have spent over £200 to receive nothing…..
