Discreet packages and (mostly) quality goods. The few problems I've had along the years have been fixed very quickly by their great customer service. Would recommend.

Seeds were trash. I complained and sent photos. they sent equally dead seeds (and less than originally ordered). Asked me to change review and then offered like 2 more crappy seeds until they gave a very different tone and a BS reply to my review. I didn't decline your offer. you insulted me with an less than I started with band aid to try and change my review. This secondary review is for the other seeds I purchased that didn't pop. Yeah, this has happened before with them. They refused to communicate coherently and just kept trying to have me send more and more photos and video. Wasn't even an expensive purchase man. why all this questionable practices and crappy treatment for so little? Oh, and it took a god awful amount of time to get the damn beans too! I have been ordering from zamnesia now for several years. My orders have always been delivered promptly, and in good condition. I highly recommend this one company.

4 orders, 4 times rotten truffles. Last order took 4 weeks, the delivery took 3 Weeks. Sirius sends better quality in three business days and it comes with a pack of ice. Your are such losers

I received my order fairly quickly, but it turned out to contain the wrong product. Customer service was very responsive and quickly sent me the right one.

My first time growing and I can't thank Zamnesia enough. Although my box didn't include instructions (busy black Friday period) I found all the info I needed on their website. I needed the specifics for tubs. After 11 days I saw my first pins, 3 days later the biggest were ready for harvest. Beautiful blue in the centre of the stems. Threaded cotton through the stems and hung them up to dry. I'm so proud of them! If you're in the UK, it's a good idea to get the heat mat & guard and don't forget an EU plug adapter. Joyful experience, I will be doing it again.
