I have had a number of teething issues, each issue was resolved smoothly and with the best interests of the customer in mind. Rare type of customer service and engagement that most companies don't do. One example is that I had a defective grow bag, the process of demonstrating the defect and receiving a response was super easy and straight forward, with no confusion..

The order arrived discreetly and on time. However, the truffles appeared to be somewhat degraded upon arrival, possibly due to the high temperatures during transport. I would like to know whether there is a shipping or packaging option that helps keep the product fresher during warmer periods. I would also appreciate some clarification regarding the intensity of the Fantasia variety, as the experience did not match my expectations.

De eerste keer nam ik met vrienden ongeveer 10g Valhalla truffels. Dit was net niet genoeg voor een trip. We kregen enkel een mild euforisch gevoel. De 2 de keer namen we elk 20,5g (Lemon Tek )dit was een mooie en leuke eerste trip! Ik heb er echt van genoten ! De verzending was discreet en rap, niks op te zeggen. De dosage zou gewoon wat beter kunnen uuthedrujt worden op de website, maar anders geen opmerkingen. TOP Zamnesia om mij deze geweldige ervaring te geven !
