Took almost a month from order to delivery here in UK. When I opened the box to see a bag full of lovely pins ready to start fruiting, all worries were forgotten. Will update in a few weeks this is my first ever shroom grow but from what I have read this bag looks perfect condition

I ordered a variety of herbs to make as teas and the quality is fantastic. They were clean and appear to come from healthy plants.

I am a Zamnesia client for 4 years but that's over now. I placed an order after checking the terms conditions, just to be sure, hoping to be delivered in 3 working days, as they mention on their website. 5 days after, I can see the order is even not shipped. From then, I call and write to the customer service that garantee shipment will be made the same day. 2 weeks later, the order was still not delivered, I had to cancel. I can't explain how disrespectul it is: - not to inform clients that order will be late. Not to mentionned I was blamed that it was my fault if I was not receiving emails about my orders, I was supposed to register for newsletter for customer service to contact me, as a GDPR compliant practice (if you know about GDPR, you know this is a lie) - pretending an order will be shipped when it won't be, and blaming warehouse technical problems the next day to justify that the order is still not shipped - provided inacurate delivery information on the website and by email => once picked yp by the shipping company, it took more that 6 working days to go through. And since I couldn't received the order anymore (traveling abroad), I had to cancel. - Advice to order from another company to support the fact they can't meet their comitment. Amazing... Overall, a massive waste of time (5 calls, 3 emails) and huge fustration. This is how a loyal customer has been treated, more than enough to never buy from Zamnesia again.

Only complaint is slow delivery but everything is excellent

I have had flies start appearing in my mushroom kits and one of the mushroom kits that came recently started moulding even though I used a mask, washed my hands and used alcohol and gloves when handling it. I also had another mushroom kit arrive at the same time and it was mould free so I doubt it was due to a lack of sanitation

I've been ordering items for a while now and have found the service and delivery fast and efficient. The website is easy to navigate and really informative. Zamnesia was recommended to me by a family member and I'm very glad she did!

Products on offer are top quality. If something doesn't live up to the standard, the customer support is happy to resolve the issue. The shipping is done in a discrete way and there are plenty of options for a payment method. There are also lucrative promotions on offer almost all the time.

Since zamnesia emailed me three times asking for feedback, here we go. Why do you wait two weeks before you choose to put my items in a box and post them? It then takes two weeks after that to arrive, so from when you pay zamnesia, you MIGHT receive your goods a whole month later IF YOU ARE LUCKY. If you aren’t lucky, you’ll be waiting longer. This is terrible service. You must be able to speed this up. What takes two weeks about putting a few items in a box? I have been an online retailer, I know how easy it is to fulfill a sale. So there’s your feedback. Don’t buy from here unless you are genuinely happy to wait 4 - 5 weeks for your items to arrive, in which time you will have to chase zamnesia for updates so they don’t ‘forget’. Please do better, I will definitely be buying elsewhere next time and only using zamnesia in times of desperation.

Been using Zamnesia for 4 years, fast and easy shipping, always responds and usually within hours, very high quality products. Have had one mushroom grow kit that was " funky" when i received it, they shipped two the same day without charge :)

I made a mistake on my order and emailed within 24 hours to ask to cancel it, so I could reorder the correct item. 5 days later my order was posted out without a reply from customer service. They finally replied over a week later once I’d received the order and where no help and actually quite rude to be honest. I’ve used Zamnesia a few times and never needed customer service before. But after this experience I will be unlikely to use them again.
