I have had problems with a couple of orders since I started shopping with these guys. Nothing to do with zamnesia. They still replaced the orders with problems. This company has the best support after you product is ordered.and brilliant support after as well.

The order arrived in good reasonable time. Was super excited to have my first mushroom grow kit, but probably due a lack experience, my mushroom took such a long time to get going, then got contaminated with with some kind of green fugie.

Die Lieferung kam sehr schnell, alles war super verpackt und über den Goodie Bag habe ich mich gefreut! Aus den Mushroom Grow Kits kamen 3 Ernten und ich bin mit der Qualität mega zufrieden. Bestelle gleich nochmal welche nach :) Bei den Fresh Growkits kann man auch gar nichts falsch machen, das war das allererste mal dass ich Shrooms hochgezüchtet habe und es hat funktioniert!

Très rapide, et fiable. Les produits correspondent parfaitement à la description. On se sent en confiance et l'expérience est fluide et agréable jusqu'au bout. Tout petit bémol: je n'ai pas trouvé très utile de recevoir beaucoup de matériel de communication supplémentaire (stickers, briquet, livret...)
