I liked how support handled my issue. My box was not up to standards and Zamnesia support team did everything pretty fast, professionally and awarded me not only with voucher but with additional discount code.

Pour moi Zamnesia est toujours à l'écoute et aux petits soins avec ses clients les réponses sont toujours rapides et on se sent toujours pris en considération si il y a le moindre souci avec une commande. My order never arrived, although we tried three times at two different pick up locations.... The parcel should be discrete enough not to show what's in it but for some reason was refused twice by two different pick up locations.....

I've ordered Mexican and Pajaritos magic truffles a few times now. They always get me into wonderful introspective trips, where I'm not only able to stop ruminating an endless stream of thoughts, and stay rooted in the present, but also where I can start listening to my deeper self, always buried under the stream of thoughts and the every day routines. I love both of these types of truffles for personal growth and relief from existencial pain. They are great when taken in nature as you are able to connect even more!

happy with product and delivery (mushroom growing kit) but a bit more visual support in the instructions would be fantastic. i harvested my first flush very early as I didn't knew the average size for the mushrooms etc.

I like the customer service you can ask advice and the will always heo if they can sadly my kit didn't grow but they gave the option of a new kit or a voucher to cover it you can't ask more than that the delivery was very quick too I tracked it but I guess that was just as a first time thing
