Really professional and after service is perfect. I had some issues with my kit and they were really responsive and fast in resolving the issue. Overall, quite satisfied, just hope that I get to grow a full blown kit

The whole ordering process, from webpage experience to final checkout is smooth and well explained. All steps are clear, and there are a lot of payment options. I cannot think of anything I would improve! As someone who buys from the UK, the final payment has a few more steps, but that is understandable, so not a complaint!

I followed all steps with my friend who is a biologist and again it didn’t work out. My email still remains unanswered about what we could have done differently or to understand what happened. I am not sure I will try to buy another kit at the moment. I am only limited to 3 per 3 months or so, and none worked properly.
