Very friendly and responsive customer service. I thought I had received the wrong mouthpiece so they sent a new one only to figure out that I had been trying to fit it on the wrong end. So it was my mistake but they were very nice about it!

Detta va första gången jag beställde från Zamnesia men Absolut Inte den sista 💯 Då jag själv strula till det lite i början när jag skulle få igång grow kitet så föll det sig naturligt att kontakta killarna som arbetar där för att berätta och fråga om jag kunde fortsätta ändå. Jag blev super positivt överraskad över hur både peppande dom är och att dom svarade så ofta och mycke 🧚‍♂ Och att dom Hela tiden liksom försäkra en om att dom Alltid finns där och supportar en igenom. Så dom stjärnorna får Såklart 5 🌟 av 5 möjliga! 🙏💫💚

The order, checkout, payment, delivery is just excellent. The hardest part has always been finding and deciding on which of the truffels to get which effects. I tend to stick to Valhalla nowadays. I wish there were more 5-star options 😁
