I have received two batches of defective mushrooms, which was frustrating as I am not the most patient of persons, however the third batch has quickly started fruiting which was exhilarating to finally see mushrooms after 3 months of trying.. Despite being disappointed with the first two my feeling overall is the customer service was great.

You know when you feel really looked after and it makes you smile? That’s how Zamnesia is! So quick to respond and a very generous and responsible company. Love it. Definitely my go to place to purchase mushroom kits. Recently a “bad batch” got replaced by a new one sent out to me straight away. Good quality products and to notch service! Thanks!

La commande est arrivée discrètement et en très bon état. Pour l'instant 4 récoltes, par forcément abondantes mais tout de même quelques beaux spécimens. Ce sont biens des champignons contenant de la psylocibine. Seul détail embêtant, le plastique était perforé jusqu'en bas donc l'eau qu'ils conseillent de laisser au fond au moment de la culture, s'était totalement échappée. Sinon j'ai commandé un kit mc kennaai, c'était parfait ! Merci beaucoup !

Amazing service, products and interface. The only issue I have is that it does not remember my preferred currency and defaults to British Pound. I think it is because I chose english as my language but euro as currency, but when the page refreshes it defaults back to pound sterling.will definately recommend your company to friends and family.
