The best website in my opinion, and the only place I keep shopping from. Products and customer service are great. Maybe I've just been lucky but in the past year and a half of using zamnesia all my orders have exceeded expectations. The times I've needed help from the customer service they have solved the matter quickly. I can't ask for anything more than what they're already doing.

This time customerservice hasn't been as satiffying as they used to be in the 10 years I've been buying at Zammie's. I recieved some Magic Truffle cultivation kits and had a few questions about them because they looked VERY ready. It's been a month now , still didn't get any answers! Time to up the game!

As a new mushroom grower I reached out to support about my issue with sidepinning. I got a relatively comprehensive reply, but I came up with a couple of more questions. This email was totally ignored. I eventually made my own decisions, but I cannot help thinking if I could have gotten better yield by doing something sooner and with more accurate information, which I never received. Also, this feedback form does not work.

I hate to be vague, but it's just good in general i guess? I haven't had any questions or problems so far so i haven't had the need to contact costumer service so it's hard for me to say what's good, bad or what can be improved. Overall though you guys seem pretty cool and on top of everything so i guess the fact that i haven't had problems says a lot in the first place! Have a nice day and thanks for everything, will definitely order sometime again!
