Shipping was fast but second mushroom flush gave only few little mushroom, hope The 3rd IS better, grate product otherwise

I think the order went very smoothly, with putting things in the basket, removing things from the basket if necessary, and ordering the items. The package arrived on time, in around 2 days, which was perfect. I was ordering with a voucher that I received from the Zamnesia customer service, because of the items that I received last time which were not up to the level of satisfaction I expected. I was incredibly pleasantly surprised by this initiative from Zamnesia to satisfy the customer and it definitely made me trust Zamnesia that they wanted to make sure the customer is satisfied and receives the products that are up to their level of satisfaction and more! I do think that for many of the products that are being sold, there could be more measurements given so that people can actually visualize in front of them how big an item will be. Plus, some items on the website could have more images of the product so there can be more dimensions of the items seen, or just different angles. For example, the "Weed Curing Jar" could have, firstly given measurements of each of the "S", "M", etc sizes in its description but also, more pictures of each of the jars next to an item for size comparison. Additionally, for example, for the "BEST BUDS METAL ROLLING TRAY SMALL" there could be a picture of the tray's height (side profile) as well as its underneath (which may seem irrelevant to some people but other people might care about it!). The more pictures with products, the merrier in my opinion! :) I just really want to emphasize how incredible the customer service was

Great custumer support

I ordered the growing set "McKennaii". The set took some days to acclimatize and than start growing. It was a real fun to watch the mushrooms to grow even within a single day. I highly recommend to read the harvest instructions that you do not get a lower level of ingredient or lost the first crop.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with, their service and communication is one of the best I've experienced. Had a little issue with my Internet when paying and ended up paying twice for the same item. When I released what's happened a few days later, I sent Zamnesia an email trying to explain what I'd done, and with in no time the issue was resolved. Trust is a had thing to find these days but Zamnesia definitely have mine. A++++++++++++++ Services keep up the excellent work and look forward to my next purchase.

Fast delivery and very good products

Fast Delivery was very nice and the support is super nice if you have a problem with paying by wire. The Quality of the products is very high and price is good.

My first kit (GT) didn't really produce, only a small amount in the first flush and only one of two pins in the flushes after that, although no contamination happened and I removed the shrooms as soon as the first veils broke. After asking support what I might have done wrong, we exchanged some details about how I approached the process, and I sent some pictures of the kit. They offered to send me a new kit for the same value which arrived a few days later. I chose GT again, but from a different brand and this one produced quite well.
