Very good service. I bought a growkit for the my first time. A bit into the growing process I notice that that the mushrooms stopped growing and the box looked infected. With no experience on the matter, I wrote the customer service and sent them the pictures of my kit. Within short time I got the feedback that the kit was likely defective from the start, and that I could get a new kit or a ***€ voucher. I tried again with a new kit, and it worked perfectly!

Magic Truffles Valhalla were the best. We had a really nice trip. Besides that Zamnesia Socks were very comfy and great quality. And thank you very much for a gift bag, I really appreciate it! In terms of service, the delivery was fast, it came in a few days time and the products were in well-packaged.

Zamnesia offers excellent value for money, truly reliable customer service and a fast and safe shipping, also appreciated the gift packs with papers and lighters, the plastic grinder I would have saved it now I have two and I don't know what to do with it. Negative side I had a *** voucher received for my birthday valid for thirty days but I could not use it because after entering it even if you do not buy anything or postpone the purchase to the next day it automatically removes it .. it seems to me something that it should be fixed, then I also had another problem: only on the third order I placed on 08/16 did I receive the zamnesia scratch card, in the others previously made 15 days apart I did not receive the scratch card as stated by the advertisement on the page although I have spent on this two other orders a total of €***

I'm a repeat customer of Zamnesia and I've been very happy in dealing with them. I've only ever bought their mushroom grow kits and I've been satisfied with the results each time. One kit was problematic, which sometimes happens, but the staff were understanding of the situation and promptly sent a replacement. I highly recommend!

I'm happy and grateful about the experience with Zamnesia simply because I had some issues with the first 3 grow kits but every time Zamnesia replaced them and gave me another chance to get my harvest, that in fact I had. They've always been kind and helpful. I will keep buying from their shop!
