Have long traded with another provider but after two purchases with great product and timely shipping am happy to stay with these guys.

Les commandes sont traitées très rapidement et suivi des expéditions. Toutes mes commandes ont toujours été respectées, très bien emballées(protection et discrétion). Quand un de leur produit ne m'a pas donné entière satisfaction (culture de champignons), le service clientèle a été très à l'écoute, intéressé et réactif. Sans le demander, il m'a été généreusement offert à choisir, un produit de substitution ou un bon d'achat. C'est suffisamment rare de la part d'une entreprise aussi je tiens à les remercier pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.

Meine Samen sind unverschuldet nicht gekeimt. Habe als Ersatz Samen bekommen die sogar teurer waren als die bestellten! Fehler passieren In der Natur aber wurde umgehend gut gemacht!
