Amazing fast an clear website. Reliable. Quick delivery both within NL and abroad. Reasonable about warranty in case of wrong products. Example: I had 1 out of 3 seeds that turned out to be of another variety. They sent me 1 new seed of choice at no charge. Great!

I got my order in time and started planting them immediately. However, only 1 of the 3 seeds came out so that was a bit of a bummer. I don't know if it's the fault of the seeds or just the weather because I don't have any growing lamps so it could just be my lack of skills anyway the one that did come out looks cute. xx Update: So The one that did come out eventually died... I guess I kinda expected it cus it was growing pretty slowly. Anyway Zamnesia contacted me about it and I can 100% say that I've never had a better customer service experience than I did with them. They offered me new seeds and a whole guideline on how to germenate them so I'm a very happy customer and I do recommend them as this is the first time I've ever had an issue (resolved) with them. xx

Very fast shipping to Belgium, a safe one as well. The truffle trip was everything I was expecting and more, sent me on a philosophical journey with some otherworldly colorful visuals. Wonderful experience!

I had some problems with a few seeds not coming out. After a few mail's they are sending me 6 new seeds. Very pleased with the overall costumer service and speedy response. I would definitely recommend ordering her and will do so in the future.

I had a product with good quality but low output. The guys from customer service first helped me troubleshoot and then offered me a new kit, because it seemed that i did everything right. but i forgot to take pictures of the problem with the kit. this still wasn`t a big issue. super cool service and very friendly. take in mind to take pictures when you are contacting the customer service with a problem : ).

Fast shipping and good prices. What stands out though is their amazing customer service which replies very quickly and in a super helpful way. My second grow kit didn't flush after a month, so I contacted them to verify what could have been the issue with It. After figuring out the kit was probably defective, they offered to ship a new one of my choice for free. It's a really professional company and I couldn't recommend It enough.
