After an order was rejected, my money was refunded. At first, their was an error with zamnesia entering ny details incorrectly, after bringing this to their attention they resolved it and I received my refund a few days later. Communication from support was great throughout.

Have used the site several times now to good effect, the last XL kit wasn't quite up to expectations but Zamnesia walked me through trying to get it going again and then sent a replacement as a good measure.

Ordered from this site more than once, always a positive experience. I recently ordered a grow kit, that happened to arrive contaminated, i made contact with the support and they kindly sent me another one for free. Very happy with zamnesia!

top company!!! website super and easy to find it all !! from time to time you get specials or extra's , who don't like free stuff? ah voila haha then what more ?! FAST DELIVERY and super after services to !! something was empty where should of bin seeds , so hard to explaine and it sounds un thrue also , but they asked some pic's of the package and & week later , new pack of seeds came with the mail! only this time the seeds also came with it. and good quallity products. good job guy's !! keep up the good work your doing and thnks for existing haha cheers ***

I've ordered twice from Zamnesia and I haven't been disappointed. Great products and a great shopping experience. Especially the second time, having had problems with a mushroom grow kit, the customer support has been amazingly helpful and reactive. Best shopping experience I've had on the internet.
