The shipment came at the time and the Zamnesia is the only company that I meet was very nice to the customers but on the other hand the herbs that came didn’t do anything, zero effect at me I tried them all and I have a low tolerance to drugs but they didn’t to anything.

professional company . always a good customer service + enormous fast delivery . If something is wrong with your product they are always the first one to help you out ! immediate response . They even replace the product if something is wrong . i love this company and hopefully they will keep providing such good support ! This company represents everything good about webshopping . a lot of stores can learn from this company .

Customer service is absolutely great! Lots of companies provide good pre-sale services but Zamnesia goes out of their way to make sure that whatever you buy is up to standards after the purchase is done as well. I had a few hick-ups with a mushroom kit and their support to fix it was incredible. Thank you Zamnesia and especially Bram!

First, it is a great site, a lot of products, a lot of explainations and very good prices. Second, I had an issue with a Mushroom Kit I ordered, the client service response was extra fast (and solved my problem in less than 2 days) and very kindly give me a Vaucher. I will order again on Zamnesia, no doubt.

I love Zamnesia! I always buy from them, and everything always went perfect, the very only one time that a grow kit didnt work the customer service was just perfect, especially Joelle... they send me another kit free of charge! i cant say anything else, just trust them!
