A very good customer support. If you have some problems,or a Growkit that is not working, than you can solve the problem with amnesia. In most cases you get a new Growkit or a voucher. Zamnesia is very customer friendly. If you have a question,than write a email, and you’ll get a answer on the same day. That won’t be the last time I order at zamnesia!! Thumbs up 👍

I cannot fault this company, every product I have purchased has been top quality with excellent delivery, recently I made a mistake with my order totally €90 when I contacted Zamnesia the following day I was refunded every penny with no problem at all. 5 stars all the way!

First the website is really user friendly, all the info are in there for each product. Second, i got an issue for my grow pack and the customer service was extremely reactive, and also comprehensible. I didnt yet taste the product but no suprise its will be good.

I've ordered quite a few items from them and even though not everything was always as it should , their customer support was always more than willing to make up for any unfortunate mistakes that might had occured. All in all i'm convinced that the people in Zamnesia actually listen to their customers and care for their reputation.

I was introduced to Zamnesia by chance -- I just decided to have a look at it (out of mere curiosity), and I was immediately intrigued... to an extent that I couldn't resist to place an order. What can I say? The order was delivered in an extremely speedy fashion, there was a little hiccup with one item that was resolved immediately by very helpful and kind people responding to my email, and you know what? I placed another order -- which went quite as smooth as the first one. Now keeping my fingers crossed for more bliss to follow (you know what I mean, don't you... after all, this is what we all came for, didn't we?). Keep up your good work!
