I tried this company about 4 weeks ago and since then I've put in 5 orders for seeds totalling 20 packs and all are amazing strains, i had an issue with free seeds as something happened and I never received the ones I picked so the company sent me a voucher for £*** and free postage and packaging, I am so happy with the Zamnesia family because they contacted me right away and were amazingly nice about the whole thing and sorted it out right away 10 out of 10

Got a defective grow kit and they refunded me with a voucher with the same amount..waiting for the other things i ordered to arrive. Fantastic customer service and lots of variety of interesting products, I will buy from them again for sure!!

Customer support is excellent! They answer fast and takes action. I've had a few problems with contaminated grow kits, but the customer service has been really helpful, understanding and willing to refund the products or send a voucher.

First of all, I already ordered from Zamnesia twice, and i should say that they have a great client service, in my second order, my shroom kit was contaminated, but they offered me a brand new one! completely for free! i'm very thankful for that and I am definitely going to be loyal to this shop for a long time.
