Even though I've updated my data since November 2020, ZAMNESIA didn't change my new telephone number in my shipping data (this is going on for my last 2 orders), and that caused me HUGE TROUBLE with the courier services!!! CHANGE IT NOW!!! THANK YOU!!!

Best Products and best AfterSale Support. Even if I had a bad experience with a grow kit, I was supported to solve the problem by very kind people and I get a refund (vaucher to apply on my next order) on the products that didn't work

Ordered a grow kit and had excellent delivery. Unfortunately after many precautions it grew some mold :( . Of course not the fault of zamnesia m, I asked them for help. Unfortunately my roommate threw away the bag and I only made a blurry pic. I explained the situation and even though I did t handle it as I would be supposed to they understood my situation and got a new one. Awesome service Zamnesia, thank you sooo much for your comprehension. You guys are now my only place for my psychedelic needs. I definitely recommend.

I was to blame for the poor performance of the two MM grow kits that I had purchased due to not reading the instructions properly. Nevertheless, the Zamnesia customer service team pointed out my errors and offered me two replacement kits free of charge. Wow! These guys are amazing!

I love this store. So helpful if problems occur. I had a problem with supa gro kit. Zamnesia sent a replacement with no hassle or worries out to me ASAP. Which I received within 10 days. I'm just hoping all the problems with deliveries to UK get sorted. Because I've dealt with over stores wholcium, 24high. But Zamnesia are the only guys who seem to care about their clients. Fingers crossed for UK deliveries to return.

Fast shipping, good packaging, and reactive customer support. However I've been very unlucky : I received a product that wasn't working, sent them a video demonstrating that is wasn't working, but it somehow fixed itself after I shipped it back. Obviously, Zamnesia is not to blame for the product quality, that's the matter of the manufacturer. However I'd liked a goodwill gesture, at least for the postal fees involved for sending it back. That being said, this kind of situation must be very rare.
