Customer service top level. Always receive a reply within 48 hours. I have purchased numerous grow kits which have all been good apart from this last one. It didn't grow as intended so I contacted customer support with pictures and descriptions. They asked further questions then offered a replacement or voucher. Its nice not having to argue due to a defective product whether grow kit or clothing etc. Keep up the good work Zamnesia.

Hi everyone, I would like to share my experience with this amazing website. I start by saying that the products arrives always in a good shape and discreet packaging, products' quality is always insured with this website and the staff is simply amazing. I had an issue with my shroomkit and they didn't think twice before sending me another kit for free, the shipment is quick (5 days) and the staff is always kind, serious and alvaible everytime. I was so amazed when I first found this company on the web. They really care about their enterprise, deliver very effectively and discreetly. They are constantly having offers which made me more engaged in shopping. Also really like their catalogs: it has a great visual programing and funny cartoons.
