Unfortunately my Supa Gro Golden Teacher Growkit did not work and was defective from the beginning. I reached out to Zamnesia Service for this matter and they immediately responded and offered a refund or a new growkit. I then chose the Fresh Mushroom McKennaii Growkit. This one worked better than ever expected! Already produced 2 flushes within 2 weeks and I'm waiting for my third now. Definitely will go again for the Fresh Mushroom ones. Thank you very mush Zamnesia Team for the fast and very helpful support!!!

I had a problem with three of the mushroom grow kits. I reported this to the guys a Zamnesia they asked me to try a few things to sort out the problem. This didnt work so they refunded me the total amount. Great company would use again. Its a shame about brexit!

AMAZING customer approach! I bought mycelium for $ 150 and unfortunately it came with a defect. the company reacted very quickly and after receiving photos that showed a defect, I got a refund in the form of a voucher. in addition, they ship the order immediately.
