I bought one supa grow kit of mexicans. The delivery was fast on there were no problems. Unfortunately something was not right about the growing kit. After some more weeks of trying to grow something the support told me it seems to be broken. Without any hesitation they replaced the kit, and i got a new on. Great service, i hope the new kit works better.

With my order,I send a mail asking if the free seed, could be an autoflower. This because I can't use the seed and that would be a waist. Customer service explained, that my package was already packed. But offered to set that right with my next order. Very customer friendly approach.

Awesome site and the best customer service I encountered so far, I ordered a mushrooms kit that didn't worked and they offered me a *** euros voucher (price of the kit) that I can use on anything on the site to compensate after some verifications. I highly recommend!

I got a flawed mushroom grow-kit but when I reached out to Zamnesia I got quick responses and great service. My friend's grow kits were all good and have little mushrooms coming up! I need to throw the one I have away but could choose between getting a new grow-kit (any kind) or getting a voucher and free shipping that I can use within the coming year. Thanks a lot!

Hello, I practiced at Mikromachine seeds germination. No seed germinated despite the usual precautions. I inform Zamnesia of the problem encoutered. I send them the description of my germination protocol and a photo, so they can observe xhere the problem is coming from. Immediately, Zamnesia sends me a voucher to replace the product. I greatly appreciate their business ethics!
