Zamnesia has great products. They're my go-to for all mushroom grow kits and I couldn't recommend them enough. Also, they have been great communicating with whenever I've had an issues and they reply to concerns quickly. You won't be dissatisfied, that's for sure.

My experience with zamnesia was remarkably good, I made my first purchase, which arrived quickly, I noticed that one of the products seemed to have a problem, I spoke with zamnesia to find out if it was my mistake or product defect, it was concluded that there was a problem with the product, so they rewarded me with a voucher for the value of that product. It was a service of great quality.

Great costumer service👍🏻 I received a kit that wouldn’t grow. Wrote to them and within a day, my complaint was handled and I got a voucher for the amount. I would happily recommend Zamnesia to others. Ps. Also bought 2 others grow kits and the are flourishing beautifully🍄

I orderd 2 boxes of magic grew kit but after 5 weeks nothing grew... I just contacted the website and after less than 2 hours they replied to me and offered me to send me back 2 other kits or a voucher of exactly the value of my original order. I really appreciate the rapidity and the efficiency of the customer service who replied at my demande exactly as I needed in a minimum of time

Always very satisfied I have bought numerous times from Zamnesia since 2017 and have always received great products, in short times, and sometimes even coming with little gifts. Recently, two products didn't work (maybe they were originally defective, or maybe it was my fault, it's hard to tell), and after contacting them about it, two emails later, they send me again the two products to be replaced, without any added cost from me.

Best support I've ever met. My first product doesn't work but they give me an voucher about 50.95€ and I can offer a new kit. About the quality of the Growkit I can't say anything. But the support is very polite and give me fast reply about my questions. And other products are very good.
