Absolutely perfect service

Ich habe am 25.07 eine Bestellung erhalten, in der mir leider nur die Hälfte der Bestellung zugesandt wurde... (6 von 12 Cultivation Set's erhalten). Daraufhin habe ich mich direkt per E-Mail Kontakt an den Kundenservice Gewandt, welche sich ohne viel Mühe mit meiner Bestellung auseinander gesetzt haben. Unter ihrer Aufforderung eines Bildes des aktuell erhaltenen Paket-inhaltes und einem Handgeschriebenem Zettel mit Name und Bestellnummer. Habe ich jetzt 6 Tage später die Bestätigung in meinem Postfach gehabt das meine restliche Bestellung auf dem Weg ist. Ich danke dem Service-Team für die reibungslose und schnelle Problemabwicklung! Haben sich mehr als 5 sterne verdient!

Kit arrived quickly and was very easy to use

Je suis un client régulier, ma femme soigne son avf avec la psylocibine. Nous avons eu un problème avec des kits de culture défectueux et le service client nous les a remplacés. Super friendly service, the products are of excellent quality and when a glitch happens, they're always there to correct the issue as quickly as possible. Reasonable price too and lots of free no-nonsense information to make the most of the products.

I've been ordering regularly for a couple of years now from another European country and my deliveries always arrive within days. Top quality at reasonable prices. Zamnesia is my 'go to' for brain food. And the free gifts and other perks is an added bonus. My mate has now also become a regular customer, as recommended by me.

Zamnesia always provides the best service and sends items super fast - only small complaint I have is that they would send me the exact same promo seeds 10x, just like the last orders - I mean come on, this isn’t this supposed to help people discover new strains? Definitely not going to grow like 40 plants of OG Kush. Would be nice to see this change in the future as it wasn’t that way the first orders I placed.
