I recieved a bad batch but Zamnesia were very quick and professional to replace it, if you're new and going to buy from zamnesia have confidence that your money won't be wasted if you do recieve a faulty box.

Excellent, fast and trustworthy company. Products were packaged and billed discreetly and the products arrived on time and in good condition. Genuine products too .My only opinion is , is that it's too expensive to make it viable for a long term solution . The so called gift with every purchase was a calendar with discounts , which is not really a gift in my opinion, more like aggressive marketing which I don't like . If you don't want to do "surprise gifts" don't mention them.

The Best website I ever recieved stuff from. Delivery was super fast, around 5 days to recieve items. It was very well packed. I was so happy to see it. I got growing fresh shroom kit, heating mat, some other "vitamins" stuff, water spray. Heating mat is perfect. I didn't need to switch it off and be worried about burning anything. It keeps good range of temperature. Kit is easy to prepare. You have very detailed instruction on zamnesia website. You can have it on video or you can read it. About support. I had some problems with kit after I started growing it. Plus I'm beginner so I was worried about my babies. So I started to write to support and guess what? They were so nice with me, so fast to answer and they wrote everyhing in details, answering to all my questions (and I had a lot). They didn't leave me alone and till the end we talked. Finally my kit had problems from beginning and they kindly proposed me a voucher for next purchase. It's very sweet. I never got such attention from any online shop. I think it's my favorite shop now. They make people happy from every side. By selling such stuff, by helping, by being nice, by being fast with delivery, etc. Thank you, Team of Zamnesia PS.
