Don't be fooled by the few reviews stating that their customer service isn't good, because that's simply not true. I have placed an order and have made the decision to cancel it. This is because the legal status of importing certain products is not fully clear in Germany (which is obviously not Zamnesia's fault). I have already paid for my order and requested a refund. Within a few hours I have already received an answer from a lovely employee of their customer service team. Thus, there were absolutely no issues with cancelling my order and getting my money back. I will definitely order something again once I have done more research on what's fine to buy.

I had a very peculiar experience with shopping on Zamnesia. The package arrived on time. The package was anonymous and unidentifiable. There where some advertisments that criminalized the package but that is no issue in my opinion (i believe you can ask them not to put anything else in the parcel). But the real case of my order was the failure of a kit I ordered. The kit went bad and after proper investigating me and zamnesia reached an agreement that the kit was faulty and send me a replacement. It made me feel like it was no longer an anonymous eshop but a store that I can trust.

I'm really satisfied with the service of zamnesia! My grow kit wasn't good for some reason and so I contacted the client service. After explaining and sending some photos, zamnesia has sended me a new grow kit! Thanks zamnesia, I will definitely buy another one later on👍

Myself and a friend bought Magic Truffles Valhalla back in July. We took them on separate occasions with our partners and were really disappointed when all four of us got nothing from them. After contacting the support team (who, up until that point had been super helpful), I was disappointed by the response they gave, suggesting that it was us and not the products that were the reason they didn't work. After leaving a poor review on here, I was immediately contacted by somebody else from the company and they agreed to send me more truffles for free, plus an additional amount as a goodwill gesture. *** I guess we were just unlucky with the first lot that we bought. So, thank you Zamnesia. I'm grateful to you for doing the decent thing and rectifying the situation. I will definitely be buying from you again.

Great service and a hell of an awesome and fast costumer support. I had a problem with one of my items been damaged when I received it and within a couple of hours and emails all was fixed and now waiting for the replacement item
