They provide nothing but the best, both in terms of their products but also when it comes to customer service they are unparalleled. I have nothing bad to say about them. No wonder their reviews are so unidemensionally good and positive. So yea, can definetely recommend Zamnesia - without them I don't know what I would've done.

I command to Zamnesia since 4 or 5 years ago. few times there were wasted, but everytime they resend it for free. They provide a real support when something is wrong. Habitually very good quality. 6/5 !

I purchased a defect product from zamnesia, which of course isn't a good experience. However, the proceeding service and solution for the problem did make up (and more) for the initial experience.

It's the second time I purchase their indoor kit to grow, and they have always been super quick to deliver and even quicker with the communication. I had a little problem with my second atempt, asked for a help and I had great support from them. I couldnt ask for more. Super satisfied. Highly recommended

Always happy to order with zamnesia Products of great quality, and an amazing customer service. I got a problem with my supagro kit who only gave me one good harvest. I've explain the problem a sunday afternoon and they respond at 22h They always give a response under 24hours which is incredible. For my growkit, they tryna understand what happened. In conclusion, the kit was defective, and they send me a new one. Gotta say that's a rare problem and i had a few kits without any problem. To finish i just can recommand zamnesia for their products, their serious, their reactivity, and i think everyone who bought in this site can just say same.

Great service, customer support, and product quality. I recently had a problem with a grow kit in one of my last orders, and the customer support was incredibly helpful, with quick feedback and offers of different solutions. I rate their service 10/10. For the companies they have a partnership with, I tried fresh mushroom and supa grow, and personally, I would recommend fresh mushroom due to having a simpler method of growth and never having a problem with them.
