Hi i bought a mexican fresh grow kit, unfortanally There were a littel Hole/ crack in The plastik container, i Think it might have been The post handling, or a mistake. I contakted zamnesia and promish to try The kit, but it was not good, and contakted Them again, and no problem they send me a new kit, im happy good coustomer service, and looking forward to get my new fresh grow kit Home. Its a good shop and This is just a Human mistake, and Can happens to all shops, i bye from Them again 👍😊

Sometimes, things seem to work against you. I had ordered the gums and received them. Then I placed them somewhere and since then I did not find them to try them out. They are still lost which means for me that it is not the right time for them. I hopfe they will reappear :-)!

After a little back and forth zamnesia stepped up and solved the issue. It took a while, probably because of the switch in employees trying to assist me.. but they have agreed to either send me new ones or let me spend the budget in a diffrent seed bank. I chose for option 2, and wil be growing these another time because of the age diffrence in plants by the time they new steeds arives. Thanks for the honest help

This is the second time I got the mushrooms kit. If you have a question/problem they answer you by email very fast and help you/solve it. Btw very good ***. You’ll be great with 3-4gr

I have purchased products from Zamnesia in the past and was satisfied everytime, but I feel compelled to review my last experience. I purchased a highly rated product but was disappointed with the results, I then contacted Zamnesia to find out what might have gone wrong. They replied immediately and were incredibly helpful with diagnosing the issue (which was caused by me). Zamnesia customer service taught me how to handle & store the products properly and how to use them effectively.
