I made a mistake which is why only 3 of my 7 seeds germinated. The Zamnesiateam took time to find the problem, explained it to me and even though it was my own fault they offered me to send me 7 new seeds of my choice within a few days. Never experienced such a great support before! Definetely a recommendation!

Although we got a defective mycelium (big exception in some years of purchases) at first, the great Zamnesia staff, which answers very fast and thouroghly, facilitated us with a most gratifying solution. hi, i absolutely love your range and your customer service. I even won weed and shrooms and am absolutely happy :) parcels arrive within 5 working days. What I want to mention is that different shroom kits from different producers have different manuals of use and I did not check that at the first sight and soaked even kits which are not meant to be soaked in water, but all went good though. Just say'n that you could write a word or to on this. Thx.

I ordered a Supa Gro Kit 100% Hawaiian. The delivering went well, secure, discret and fast. I grew this kit along the recommendations, written on Website Zamnesia. But after three weeks a kind of white cluster came out in the middle of substrat. I let it grew until I felt that was may be something else than the Hawaiian. As it enlarged, its shape looked like a white "Brain", without hat. I reached the Zamnesia support team by mail ,and sent them a picture of it. The team kept in touch with me by mail, to try to find out what manipulations could have been inappropriate. Whatever I did, may be not spray this special kit at its arrival, they set up a voucher for me of the amount of the kit. So happy to try again! The strange "brain" mushroom is so beautiful, may be a sclerotic form due to weak water conditions? It's better to let it go without tasting it and worth to try a new kit. It's so an enrichment to see them growing. Thanks to Zamnesia for the support and the offered solution. Zamnesia is very serious in sell product and to solve problems in case. ***

I am very satisfied with Zamnesia and the entire team behind it. They do their best as always.Even now in this situation the shipping could have take longer than normally but they did everything on time. My last order came earlier then expected so it was a very joyful surprise . The first times when I wasn´t sure about some things I could call them and they helped me out with everything. That´s the reason why Zamnesia is my absolute favourite smartshop. Although they could upgrade their spore collection with sclerotia producer species .
