Very good service! I had a problem with the spores vial that I've bought. And they proposed to replace it with another one after verified everything. All process was within 3 days. Will see about the quality of the new one but 5 stars for the service!

Super god service, jeg ville bestemt bestille herfra igen. Trods nogle fejl med nogle produkter, har zamnesia givet hurtig tilbagemelding på messenger og de har været meget samarbejdsvillige ift at give mig et nyt produkt uden ekstrabetaling.

Great and fast customer support. I got an bad batch and i asked what could have happend they thought it bad from the beginning and they then offered me a replacement or a voucher. All in all it took a couple pf days.

Amazing customer service & products I've ordered quite a bit from Zamnesia and I was never disappointed until 2 of my shroom kits didn't grow properly. One of them, however, was a mistake of my own which Zamnesia pointed out and offered to send a replacement. Cannabis seeds have been growing well too. Really the best site I've used so far. Thank you ZAMNESIA!

What can anyone say really? I placed the order, paid for it and they dispatched it quickly ( it took a few day to arrive but that is down to courier services) the team at zamnesia informed me when it was shipped. 👍👍
