What can anyone say really? I placed the order, paid for it and they dispatched it quickly ( it took a few day to arrive but that is down to courier services) the team at zamnesia informed me when it was shipped. 👍👍

UPDATED to 5 stars Zamnesia got in touch right away after this first review. New package send - very fast and well communicated delivery this time. Thank you and I look forward to more business in the future :-) Product didn't work, no grow at all only bad smell. Contacted supoort to ask for advise two times without any human getting back to me even though i took the time to send 2 x reply to autogenerated support message. Very disappointed to say goodbye to money and time in this manner.

customer service is great, after a few weeks after good communication my growkit got conteminated. They directly send me the option for an voucher or an replacement of the product. Love the site, love the service, would order here again.

Thanks for your great advice! A product was returned to me when the product ordered is defective. The service is quick, efficient and polite.

Seeds better than expected. I plant indoors without tent, I change 'efficiency' and ideal conditions for a beautiful little garden and ambient lighting. Therefore I needed autoflowering seeds, to avoid to be careful with darkness. I began with a cheap test, much better than expected. Then I went to 'good quality' to compare and well, incredible. Now I know that genetica is one of the main factors, and that most of the budget goes to lighting, I try to choose the best seeds for me. 5 euro difference is nothing comparing to that mighty perfume goddess that grows besides me. And my provider is and will be Zamnesia.

These guys are so good! They are so helpful with answering questions about their products, with advice (what not to do for example). If something goes wrong with anything, they are there to help you.
