5 stars just excellent!

Very good service, i ordered utopia truffles and they arrived in a few days, but the effects were pretty light...i ingested 10 gr, and my friend 10gr also.. I recommend Zamnesia for their proffesionalis Later edit : It was so very kind from Zamnesia to resent me the truffles again, and i did experience their full effects (to say the least, oh my gawwd !) I ate them raw this time and experienced a full range of colors, and was surrounded by immense love which was apparently the energy of my passed away grand mother who was telling me that she is always with me and loves me. I also connected to the spirit of my husky-wolf dog who showed me that he is a part of me , that i should never forget my wild nature, that my pack is important in order to feel alive, otherwise i'm howling alone at the moon :) Thank you Zamnesia, thank you that you exist, thank you that you allow us to connect to our spirit plants and mother nature in such profound ways, i have immense gratitude for your work, your generosity, and your beautiful spirits With joy in my heart, Roxana

Hi! Thank you for this customer service. I'm actually not happy with my grow kit. It's has arrived the 6 of October. The pins arrived 3 weeks later and the process is stucked since then. I keep 23/27 celcio degrees in the room and humidity, good light. I can't see what's wrong in my procedure. I'm not happy with it.

Never has an internationally shipped parcel arrived as quickly as this one I ordered from Zamnesia: three days from placing the order and it was here—also for the lowest price for international shipping of such quality I've ever witnessed. The products are precisely as described

I ordered a GroKit and followed the instruction diligently and precisely. After 4 weeks, there was zero growth and the product was evidently defective. I wrote to Zamnesia support and was subjected to a series of Q & A that were disingenuous and insincere. They kept asking questions until they could find some way to evade taking responsibility for the quality of their product. Any decent company that respected its customers would have apologised and shipped a replacement. Disgusted as I am, I will never order from Zamnesia again. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO REPLY BELOW FROM ZAMNESIA: As the person who wrote this reply knows full well, Zamnesia has no intention of 'resolving' issues like mine. Instead, they engaged me, as the customer, in a series of disingenuous and pointless (to the point of being almost insulting) email exchanges that were not sincere and just wasted my time. I paid for a defective product and I proved it. Zamnesia showed contempt for me as a longterm customer and refused to acknowledge or remedy it. I can only say that I will never, ever order from Zamnesia again.

I had a beautiful experience with Zamnesia. I bought great products, and when i had a problem with one of their products the gave me a refund immediately (they gave me a voucher to spend on their syte). And the customer care is great. They also ship to Italy, which is also great!

I was unfortunate to get contamination in my grow kit. This was my first time trying Zamnesia so I didnt know what to except when I reached out, but when I did they were very helpful and quickly offered to send me a replacement. I'm 100% satisfied.

I ordered a grow kit, which sadly arrived contaminated. After reaching out to the Zamnesia customer support, they immediately replied within a few hours and asked for further information by making clear it's not because they distrust me, it's because they want to improve themselves. After compyling, they gave me a voucher in the same value of the kit I initially ordered. I read about their fantastic support and I can say for myself, Zamnesia really wants to help their customers. Definatley worth it!

Very trust worthy company, i ordered a grow kit that was not producing talked with the costumer service after some tries we got to the conclusion that the grow was defected. They offered another grow or a voucher with the same value. So is safe to buy from them

So amazing support. Definetly. I cannot comply in any way. Everything went well, just one thing happened. My grow kit was defective so I contacted the support. The Zamnesia support. They offered me a new and more reliable kit for me. I am really happy it it ended like this. Would give more than five stars!
