They did not have one of the products I ordered in stock and reached out with and apology and multiple solutions. On my request, they agreed to replace the product with another one which was actually 2 EUR more expensive and then shipped the order fast. Zamnesia definitely tries to keep customers satisfied!

Zamnesia is by far the best kratom, smart and seed shop there is. Everything is explained so easily and you are really enlightened! There is no question that you cannot answer about your products! Seriously guys, these "Zamnesia elves" are the most flexible and the best partners I’ve had the good fortune to meet so far! I never thought they would approach such a problem in such an incredible way!
