Great experience with product and service. Would recommend.

All my orders were on time and discreet. Products were basically what i expected (based on the description) except for some truffles i ordered which did not do it for me. In any case they offered to reship me some more as well as offering their advice for a better trip. I knew their services were good but i was surprised once again. They do everything to not let you down. Update: The new reshipped truffles (15 grams of utopia + 15 grams of valhalla) were tested yesterday, soaked in lemon juice for 10-15 mins and then were consumed half and half with a friend of mine. I am once again surprised by the variation of their effect. The first time we tried them, took 30 grams each of valhalla and there were little to no effects. This time it was something else entirely. We walked in the forest for about 30 mins for the comeup, up until we realized we had to sit down and embrace it. After 1.5 hours i was amazed of the psychedelic effect on both of us (discussed after we sobered up). Full visual distortion, emotional ups and downs that could be described with vivid colors and the best part was that with eyes closed we were instantly transferred to what seemed very alike with the dmt world (for those who have experienced it). Finally the trip was really mentally challenging, so i suggest to be respectful. Overall it was a very intense trip with only 15 grams that i couldn't believe it was possible given my past failed attempts even with doses higher than that. Thanks again zamnesia i would definitely order again. One of the best shops there is nowadays.

After a wrong kit the client support have take the good décision to send me a new kit for free , nice ! Let see if the new kit works good now but the zamnesia team is really good !

I ordered two grow kits,one zamnezia Mexican and one Fresh Mushrooms Ecuador.They arrived really fast,3 days if i remember correctly.The ecuador grow kit gave me 3 flushes but the third was low in potency.The mexican growkit didnt produce nothing for 3 weeks,but was colonized.I soaked it again for 6 hours in the fridge.After 3 days mushrooms started growig but stoped .I thing i did everything correct and the problem was bad genetics.I will certainly buy again.

Great service

After asking for advice from a customer service rep on which strain to get if I wanted to s*** my pants like Peter Pan and end up in the bath tub, they recommended their RUNTZ. I bought two seeds and after germinating successfully, neither flowered leaving me without weed for the season which was very disappointing. When I got in touch to ask for help, the customer service was impeccable as always and after troubleshooting they gave me a store credit to the value of the initial purchase. I am disappointed with the seeds and will probably not buy zamnesia brand seeds again (stick with royal queen for the future) but I will continue to buy from zamnesia as they are a good shop and provide great customer support. ***UPDATE*** After being issued a full refund plus a goodwill gift, I was contacted by Zammie's stellar follow up customer care and informed that they are intact flowering later in the season because they are feminized and not autos and wouldn't flower until there were less than 12 hours of sunlight in the day. I may not harvest much from these plants due to the harsh climate this late in the year but Zammie and her team have once again treated me so very well, even in the face of my own ignorance. Thanks as always Zammie!

The zamnesia website and its products are excellent. The customer service is also very good. They answer your questions quickly and the delivery is very fast too. I had a problem with a product and they offered to send me a replacement. I will continue shopping on this website!
