Excellent customer service! Purchased a kit that was not as good as I had hoped for. Zamnesia send me a new kit free of charge, after I explained that I had follow every instruction. Can only give my best recommandations!

Very quick delivery and high quality seeds. All Zamnesia seeds germinated and developed into wonderful plants. Very happy with and excited about it! All other products I ordered were great, too. Have already recommended to friends and am a returning customer. Thank you very much!

Ordered multiple times from this shop. Always great quality, and the one time the quality was not as expected (contaminated non-germinating spores) I reached out with my story and got a reply the same day. They are either sending me a replacement article or a voucher, both including free shipping. Great customerservice, keep it up guys and girls!

I had a problem with a charge of seeds ( not Zamnesia`s fault! ). But Zamnesia offered me another pack of seeds for free. I was pretty suprised for that help ( even i dont asked for ). Their team is very friendly aswell. So i can recommend Zamnesia and i will buy again here :-)
