It's my first order with Zamnesia, website easy to use with a wide range of products, each of them coming with clear and fascinating description. Also available are help guides interesting and useful. Delivery times were definitely reasonable, one week from Holland in Covid times. With the parcel, I got a scratch and win postcard giving free products with a new order. I had the opportunity to talk with their customer service, for a product i chose wasn't available at the time of purchase. Support was excellent, kind and fast and even if the replacement product i chose was a bit more expensive than the first one, I haven't been charged for the difference. I did appreciate it. I'm thoroughly glad and satisfied with the experience with Zamnesia. Ho effettuato per la prima volta un ordine con Zamnesia, il sito di facile navigazione ha un assortimento molto ampio di prodotti con descrizioni chiare ed affascinanti e delle guide dettagliate molto utili e interessanti. Ho ricevuto l'ordine dall'Olanda in tempi accettabili (poco più di una settimana, considerando il periodo Covid). Ho ricevuto con la spedizione una cartolina da grattare e ho vinto dei prodotti da ordinare con un nuovo ordine. Ho avuto modo di interfacciarmi con l'assistenza clienti per un articolo non più disponibile al momento della preparazione dell'ordine. Ho avuto un supporto eccellente, gentile e veloce, e nonostante il prodotto scelto per sostituire quello mancante costasse alcuni euro in più, non mi è stata chiesta nessuna differenza. Sono molto contento e soddisfatto di questa esperienza con Zamnesia.

Was our first time ordering seeds. Everything went ok, except for two seeds. They didn't germinate. The support gave us back a seed with free transport... and a lot of suggests. Great! And their feedback is really fast! Thank you!

Excellent handling of stock-runout. As I ordered a product that ran out amidst handling my order, I was helped excellently resolving the issue - leaving me the choice of an alternative product right away, a gift card of similar (higher) value or a complete refund. I opted the latter because I deemed no alternative suitable - however, I really appreciate the personal manner of handling the type of situation. Definitely recommending shopping with Zamnesia, for they are a trustworthy supplier for (dabbling) psychonauts! Thanks :) !

I had an issue with my growkit as it arrived damaged. It took a while, but I finally got a replacement. Let's hope this one isn't contaminated!

The Zamnesia crew is very helpful and dedicated to your satisfaction. I ordered during the lockdown and they were very patient with different request of delivery address changes and modifications of my order, with lots of reactivity. And one of the kits proved to be defective, they proposed me to send me a new one or to create a voucher for a future order. I can only recommend to order from this website!!

I've been ordering for years on zamnesia different kind of products (mushrooms grow kit, truffles, cannabis seeds and whatnot) and the service has always been outstanding. They really care about their customer and I've received few times 10% discounts which is really appreciated. Every time I had a question especially technical one regarding one aspect of my grow they were super helpful. They know their products and are super nice. I would definitely recommend to everybody.
