Originally got a bad product. Got an automated email asking for my review, which made me reach out to Customer Service and I am happy I did. I was very worried that I had wasted my money and I was expecting very little help. After a short back and forth, they sent me a new product without any hassle and free of charge. Very cool and very postive experience.

I am very pleased about your comunication with customers... First product I purchased from you (golden teacher kit ) was disappointing for me ,no mushroms from it, but you sent me another kit I received recently and I hope now will be ok now...i will see and I will give my review about your product later on... at this moment I am satisfied for your fast responding and assistance .... I would recomending you to be more careful when you make your mushrom growing kits .... I have seen you have some bad reviews ,from customers , in this direction on your web site.

In advance I have to say that I never write reviews! I have been ordering seeds from various banks for years. I ordered from zamnesia for the first time in December. I have to say I'm more than impressed! The seeds really came to me very quickly. After only one day, the seeds have already sprouted and a root was recognizable. Incredible! I've never had that before! I wasn't even aware that this is possible at all! I had the other half of the seeds in the fridge for 4 months. After the 4 months I wanted to use it and found that unfortunately a seed was missing. In the evening around 11pm an email was written. The morning after, an answer from support. Not only that they replace the missing seed with me, no, even the entire package of the product purchased. I already had problems with various seed banks (especially sensi). Whether it was the germination ability or the support that did not respond to factual emails. I have to say I'm absolutely thrilled! Zamnesia you are the best! Keep it up!

The mushroom pins started appearing on the side of the box, should have put some tape over the side so lite doesn't reach it... they ended up growing from the sides once i took it out of the box

EXTREMELY quick and discreet postage, put it this way, it took longer for Hermes to deliver my package from less than 15 miles away than it took for Zamnesia to deliver from Netherlands! The products were also extremely high quality I still have over half of the things I ordered from well over 2 months ago and I only spent around £100! Definitely recommend 100%!
