The products themselves are very good quality. The only problem is the payment system is quite annoying due to the exchange between £ (GBP) to € (Euro) through a third party. Although this is understandable for the products available but difficult for customers.

Edit: I came back to say that the support team was wonderful and sent me another kit in exchange. Like everywhere, sometimes u get a faulty product. The new kit has arrived quickly and everything is perfect. Thank you! I've bought a mushroom grow kit, I followed the instructions and unfortunately my mushrooms started to grow on the sides and the bottom of the cake. I've opened up a dispute and the support told me to clear out everything and start again but this time cover the sides and the bottom end the container so the light won't penetrate (instructions that aren't in the how to grow manual). I wasn't happy with loosing my first and usually the biggest harvest but I did that since it was my only option. Needles to say that second time happened the same thing but just a few mushrooms grown. After that I realized that the cake its smaller with .5cm than the container on all sides and maybe that is the problem. It's not the first time I've grown but is the first and last time I will with zamnesia. I've lost 55euros and it sucks...

these guys are super. my first order arrived with infection traces and it took 3 days until i was delivered with a fresh batch.they also supplied me with instructions which i found very helpful. they are excellento at human relation and customer service Highly recommended

My first time ordering from zamnesia was 100% satisfaction! Had an issue with one of the three products i ordered and after a couple of emails with the support team i had a variety of options to choose from in order to have the item replaced! I'm a regular customer. The service level is one of the best in the industry. Especially the shipping costs for registered parcels that includes tracking is with around 5 EUR within the EU the lowest you will find. Recommended!
