Recently bought one of the grow kits. Being a first time grower, my kit acquired mold (my mistake, not Zamnesias) Asked them for advice and they immediately told me that there wasnt anything I could do to save the kit and offered to send out a replacement, even though they didn't have to Very friendly and gave me all the advice I could need within a few minutes of getting in touch with them Brilliant company 👍

When shopping for substances, that for almost a century have been surrounded with heavy prejudice and disdain, I was subconsciously expecting a somewhat seedy website with bad spelling and obscure product descriptions. This was, however, not the case with Zamnesia. On the website, you are met with clear, friendly, professional and very informative communication and just the right pinch of humour. The support is also to the point and easily negotiated. I have had a very good experience with Zamnesia and will certainly keep on using them in the future.

Like almost everyone else here I can confirm that Zamnesia is likely the most reliable and professional Smartshop in the business. Prices are only a tiny bit higher than at comparable providers. Exception is HBWR which is multiple times higher than what they should be. However, the shipping costs for registered parcels that includes tracking is with around 5 EUR below the industry average. Other providers ask for more than twice as much. So slightly higher prices are perfectly justified in relation to the outstanding service level. Furthermore, Zamnesia has a better customer retention strategy that includes frequent sales, discount codes and contests. I can't confirm previous complaints about too much advertising though. Has been not more than 2 newsletters per month so far.
