Very professional, I had an issue with one of the products I ordered and they answered all of my questions and immediately sent a new package. Definitely recommend.

After ordering a long searched for product where it can be shipped to England, I was told about zamnesia. I found what I was looking for and ordered straight away. The item was shipped and (supposedly) delivered by the couriers but I never received it. I contacted the staff at zamnesia who were what I can only Say were absolutely amazing with their customer service towards me. They replaced my missing parcel and I have now received it in my hands And a big cheesy grin On my face. Iv started my shrooms grow and can’t wait to Experience the journey. Thank you *** for all your help. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know and look forward to purchasing more from you in the future.

Customer services reply, very bad??? 2 weeks after contact customer services no reply yet : ( I read loads on how to grow them properly, gave them plenty attention. bought heating pad & heated home all dayS. & read plenty on how to use theMushrooms. result no customer service Reply with my problem, No high 0/10 after taking more than12gr, The mushrooms stop growing after they grew for a week I wish i didnt "have" to do a review like this [ my first :( ].
