I'm a regular customer. The service level is one of the best in the industry. Especially the shipping costs for registered parcels that includes tracking is with around 5 EUR within the EU the lowest you will find. Recommended!

My first time ordering from zamnesia was 100% satisfaction! Had an issue with one of the three products i ordered and after a couple of emails with the support team i had a variety of options to choose from in order to have the item replaced! Amazing customer service plus u always get a goodie bag!

Golden teacher fresh mushrooms - Excellent customer service, product was pretty good, however I followed the wrong instructions and soaked the cake overnight when didn’t need to, this may have affected the amount of mushrooms produced and the potency as they weren’t very strong and had to eat twice as mush to get desired effect! Would definitely buy again though, though stopped shipping to UK which I’m really gutted about. Shout out to Leslie and Bram who gave excellent efficient advice during cultivation process!
