Wir haben verschiedene aufoflowering, feminisierte Samen bestellt. Die Sendung kam rasch, allerdings hat von einer Sorte kein einziger der 5 Samen gekeimt und von einer anderen Sorte nur 1 von 3. Auf meine diesbezügliche Anfrage bei Zamnesia wurde prompt und professionell reagiert, um der Ursache auf den Grund zu gehen, und wir konnten uns aus dem Zamnesia - Sortiment Ersatz auswählen. My parcel arrived on time but as it was bank holidays it took longer than expected. The truffles had lost its vacuum and two parts of the growing truffle kit were not looking too healthy. I've sent an email to their support team and they gave me two compensation options. So as said, great customer support and overall good quality products as they seem, at least for the Salvia D. dried leaves that I tried. I recommend them for their reliability. Thank you Z's :)

Mit Zamnesia habe ich bisher nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Ob Lieferung oder Kontakt. Dazu sind sie sehr kulant bei Beanstandungen.

Ich hatte einen Bruchschaden bei meinem letzten Paket. Innerhalb eines Tages ab Ticketeröffnung wohlgemerkt war alles erledigt. Wenn das Ersatzteil nun auch ankommt in den nächsten Tagen war es ein unglaublich freundlicher und schneller Vorgang für mich und ich fühle mich auch in Zukunft weiterhin bestens aufgehoben bei meinen Freunden von Zamnesia! Zamnesia is selling both own and third party seeds, so seed quality depends on the product you purchase. I had some issues with a set of third party seeds and the Zamnesia-service reacted promptly and helped me very friendly and effectively. Shipping was rather prompt (to Germany), considering they ship from abroad - but of course not next day. Since products are usually similar on several pages (third party), both pricing and service made me considering Zamnesia as go-to platform.

I have dealt with Zamnesia for several years. I use their micro dosing products for a health condition I have. Their products have a consistency in standard and quality that I require and which is difficult to find. For this reason I will remain a regular customer.
