I ordered a bunch of things online and they all came as expected, in good condition and decently potent :) My only criticism is that the delivery took a few longer than expected, but the customer service was great, the packaging was superb and they gifted me a free goodie bag with a lighter, stickers and other things which was awesome. I will definitely be ordering again!

One of the quickest deliveries, highest quality products and best general customer service i've encountered with Smart shops. Would totally recommend- their products are high quality, packaged well and arrived almost immediately. One thing- perhaps a consideration of making packaging more sustainable and eco-friendly! Would love to see a company such as this that stands for a lot of these values already to embrace such a sentiment shown through direct action on eg: packaging materials :) think customer demographic would also appreciate it!
