i ordered 2 products, both were available when i ordered but at the end only one was after i paid. It's ok to have a stock issue of course, but what i don't like is that they didn't offer a refund they gave me a coupon even that i ask for a refund. That's a customer policy i hate, because i'am not going to do anything with my coupon, and if i order something to use that coupon i will have to pay more on top. You can have a problem it's human, but then you repair it in a way that please both part.

So far, I've always had a good experiences with Zamnesia. Quick shipment, products as described etc. (One mistake I made when shopping, not at all the fault of Zamnesia, was not realising my bank santander has enormous charges on international bank transfer)

Zamnesia is a great company! I've been shopping with them since 2013, both directly in Holland, as well as shipping product over borders. The packages are discrete and the product is superb.
