Best service ever! never any problems with my orders, and if there are issues they are quickly solved to my complete satisfaction (happened only once with a grow kit that was moldy). I can only recommend Zamnesia super service every time! /***

It was the first time i order on Zamnesia. Everything went well with the delivery of the package. Nevertheless, my grow kit did not worked, after 3 weeks. So i emailed them, and i was astonished by their kindness and reactivity (they answered within 24 hours). They offered kindly to replace my kit, with no extra charges. The best customer service i've ever had ! Thank you again *** and Zamnesia team ! I hope now my second grow kit will work !

Quality products. Support is great, they answer you next day and they are willing to help you. One time they forgot to send truffles won from scratch card and they send them after 2 days free of charge. Nice guys...!!
