I bought a shroomkit which arrived damaged due to the postal service and Zamnesia credited me the cost back to my account straight away with no hesitation! couldn't be happier with their customer service! I will recommend and have recemmended them to everyone. Thanks for all of the help!

Waited aprox 6 -7 days and my parcel arrived by a different courier than I had been informed would be delivering it. Proceeded to open my box to find nothing. update. One week later recieved another parcel after my feedback had been recieved and replied to, and this one was all present & correct :)

I love the guys from zamnesia. The variaty of products is awesome. And the customer service is simply stunning. I had a defecrive heat mst and got it replaced in literaly minutes. The staff is always friendly and very competent

zamnesia service is excellent!, but some of there products are bad quality, like the stormvaporizer which tastes like plastic or many seed strains with low gemrate. But thats just bad luck, zamnesia just delievers and does what it promise!
